Please join us in helping give back to our local waters on Saturday November 1st.
This Saturday November 1, members of the FWFF will meet at River Park for a Trinity River Clean Up. The FWFF believe that conservation is a vital part of our club’s mission. Please join us at 9:00 am to help pick up trash in the area. Trash bags and grabbers will be provided.
At the end of the clean up, the participants will be invited to meet at Mama’s Pizza (5811 Bryant Irvin) for lunch provided by the club.
Many club members fish this area of the Trinity River. It is good for warmwater species such as sunfish, bass, and carp. During the winter, the Texas Parks and Wildlife stocks more than 2,500 trout in the park.
