The club’s biggest fundraiser of the year is set for Sept. 9 starting at 6 p.m. at the Fort Worth Elks Club, 3233 White Settlement Road in Fort Worth. Make plans to attend now!
This year’s auction includes a bigger-than-ever auction for a kayak, tackle, six-night Colorado lodging in South Fork, and a gift card to Orvis. Tickets are $20 each, three for $50 or six for $100. You need not be present to win. Buy raffle tickets from club directors or at meetings. The drawing will be at the auction.
The lineup features a Mexican food dinner catered by Rosa’s Café plus two drinks. Your club has been working this summer on a great lineup of items for the auction, so decide what you’d like to bid on now!
Paid admission is $30 per person, which comes with the meal and two drink coupons, plus $25 in complimentary raffle coupons that can be used for the $5, $10, and $15 raffle items only. This incentive ends Sept. 4.
Free admission is also available, good only for entry to the event. A cash bar is available.
NOTE: We need the names of all guests included as part of your registration so we can create bidding packets. There will be a place to enter their names as you go through the registration process.
