When you make a memory, you’d like to get a good photo of it as well. But that doesn’t always happen. Join us Oct. 5 for an in-person membership meeting featuring professional photographer Jonathan Trieu Nguyen as our speaker. An “ambassador” for Fort Worth Camera, Jonathan will offer his considerable experience, as well as his enthusiasm for fishing, to help more of us come back with photos of the memories we want to keep. Jonathan’s photographs have appeared in National Geographic, Vogue and other publications.
The Fort Worth native also hosts photography workshops around the planet and, conveniently, manages to get in some fishing everywhere he goes, as his photo attests!
Jonathan describes himself as a medical school dropout turned day trader and a big Dallas Cowboys fan for life. He likes to network, so bring your questions to Tuesday’s meeting.
A REMINDER!
Oct. 5 marks our first return to our longtime meeting venue, the UNT Health Science Center at 3500 Camp Bowie Blvd. in Fort Worth. If you’re a new member and haven’t been there. turn onto Clifton Street and park in the big surface lot bordering Camp Bowie. Enter the building to your north via the sidewalk and look for the noisy group at the end of the hall. The map below shows the parking and entrance locations.
