Our club’s largest fundraiser is set for Saturday, April 30 at University Christian Church. In the past, our auction has taken the place of the April meeting, but the board decided to try something new and to make it a celebration where members can bring family and friends.
We’ll have a BBQ dinner and refreshments along with some fantastic auction items on both the live and silent auction. We’ll also have an array of items for the bucket raffle. Also, we’ll be giving drawing the winner of the kayak.
We’re still looking to add more items, so if you have something to donate, please contact Rick Hanness. If you frequent a restaurant or store, we’d appreciate any certificates you might secure for the raffle or auction.
The fun begins at 4:00 p.m. Come early to mingle and bid and help the Fort Worth Fly Fishers with their mission of education, conservation and helping worthy groups like Reel Recovery, Casting for Recovery and Project Healing Waters.
